Roccat brought their new Vulcan keyboard and Titan switches to this year's Computex.

“The most important thing about a mechanical keyboard are its switches, we wanted to showcase them” says Andreas Jost, Head of Industrial Design at ROCCAT Studios.

Roccat say design played a decisive role in the development of the switch, which incorporates a transparent housing and ultra-light keycaps.

The company also claim they de-bounced the switch by reducing the mechanical shattering during actuation thanks to high quality materials and component. According to them, this allows the keyboard's firmware to reliably identify key stroke signals 20% faster than the competition.

Roccat say the Vulcan will roll out to the Australian market in Q3 and will be available in three different models. The Vulcan 80 is priced at $189.99, the Vulcan 100 AIMO is priced at $199.99 and the Vulcan 120 AIMO at $229.99.
