HyperX bring the Cloud Mix to Australia

HyperX have announced local availability and pricing for their audio-focused Cloud Mix headphones.

“Creating the perfect headset for the growing gaming community was a natural next step for HyperX,” says HyperX.

Versatility looks to be the key draw here, with the Cloud Mix able to be used both wirelessly and via a detachable 3.5mm audio cable. When used wirelessly, the Mix has a battery life of 20 hours.

According to HyperX, “our goal was to produce a headset that not only meets the standards of a professional gamer, but also offers the versatility for anyone to use anywhere. Simply plug in the Cloud Mix for hours of PC or console gaming or switch to Bluetooth mode to listen to music or chat wherever you are.”

Under the hood, the HyperX Cloud Mix features 40mm drivers and the same dual-chamber audio tech found in the company's Cloud Alpha gaming headphones.

The Cloud Mix also boast a flexible and detachable "gaming mic" that's both TeamSpeak and Discord certified that can be used as an alternative to the headset's internal built-in microphone.

The HyperX Cloud Mix is now available in JB Hi-Fi with an RRP of AU$299.
