PC World's top rated Android phones are a rank of the top 10 Android smartphones based on review scores by the PC World Australia editorial team
Looking for a new Android phone? Why not start with our top rated selections? These Android smartphones are a rank of the top 10 products based on review scores by the PC World Australia editorial team.
Our August top rated list is headed by the excellent Samsung Galaxy S II, which scored a whopping 4.75/5 stars. Its followed closely by HTC's flagship Sensation, which is exclusively sold through Telstra. HTC is the most popular Android smartphone vendor in August, with its flagship Sensation joining the Incredible S, the Facebook inspired ChaCha, and the popular Desire HD, still a top seller at Vodafone.
We test all smartphones accurately and to the highest standards, so that our readers are as informed as possible. Our review process is designed to ensure that smartphones are assessed equally. The basic criteria used by our reviewers includes value, features, performance and design. We rate each product using a five-star scale, with one star being poor, and five stars being highly recommended.
7 / 10
The Motorola Atrix doesn't stray too far from the norm once you look past its dual-core processor and fingerprint reader, but it is a slick, super-fast Android phone with good battery life. Anyone after a new Android phone with a big screen should definitely consider the Atrix; we just hope Motorola gives Atrix users the latest Android updates.
