Ivy Bridge Even though the company’s MacBook Pro got significantly sleeker in its latest version, the ultra-thin MacBook Air saw upgrades of its own – including latest-generation Intel Ivy Bridge processors.
Safari Apple’s in-house browser now integrates closely with the company’s iCloud service, and the latest version uses a Chrome-style unified search box.
Mountain Lion The next generation of OS X was not announced at WWDC. However, Apple did say that Mountain Lion would be ready in a month, and noted that everyone who buys a Mac between now and then will get the upgrade for free.
Hardware reinforcements for earlier MacBook Pros Apple gave some love to the current-generation MacBook Pro as well, upgrading them with Ivy Bridge Core i5 and Core i7 processors and newer Nvidia GeForce GT650M graphics cards.
