Hitachi Australia has revealed that it is sponsoring the 2010 Sydney Festival, donating six installation-grade LCD projectors for use in the foyer of the Seymour Centre.

The six projectors from Hitachi's LCD projector range include two CPX450 portable models and a CPX809 unit. The projectors will be used in the Seymour Centre foyer to display films, advertisements and slideshows related to the 2010 Sydney Festival.

The Sydney Festival's head of business development, Malcom Moir, said, “Our production and design colleagues feel the addition of the Hitachi projectors will give us the opportunity to greatly enhance the foyer environment of the Seymour Centre by allowing festival goers to utilise the equipment in a number of different ways, such as being able to access the Internet.”
