The HP Pavilion dm3-101tu (VV707PA) is a flexible notebook with a reasonable price. It's got a 13.3in display and it delivered a good performance during our battery rundown test — it's a decent choice if you want to get some work done during the daily commute. We were happy with the original recommended retail price of $1199, but [[xref:http://www.betterit.com.au/scripts/prodview.asp?idproduct=166598|BetterIT]] has it for $1059.56, which makes it even more appealing. • [[Artnid:301654|Linksys by Cisco Media Hub NMH405 NAS device]]

    Price: $349 (Save: $350.95)

Linksys by Cisco's Media Hubs are a great way to store and share data, and its media aggregation feature means you won't have to manually copy all of your photos, videos and music from various computers to the one place. With only 500GB storage space, though, we always felt the original RRP was a little on the expensive side. Thankfully, [[xref:http://catalogues.officeworks.com.au/portal/offerdetails/linksys_by_cisco_media_hub_nmh405/12652468963750?CatalogueID=12652468934656&CatalogueID=&source=catalogueoffer&jump=&pageview=two|Officeworks has]] halved the price to a more reasonable $349.

    Price: $798 (Save: $1)

Sure, $1 might not be much of a saving, but this LCD television is already an absolute bargain. This 40in panel has a native display resolution of 1920x1080 so you can watch Full HD content, and it provides plenty of inputs to suit any home theatre. It's not LED backlit unfortunately, which means contrast ratios are a little on the light side, but for the price this TV is definitely great value. You can pick it up at any JB Hi-Fi store or [[xref:http://www.jbhifi.com.au/tv-lcd-led-plasma/soniq/40-inch-full-hd-1080-lcd-tv-65410/|online]].

  • [[artnid: 322608|MSI Wind 12 U200 netbook]]

    Price: $849 (Save: $150)

When we reviewed MSI's Wind 12 U200, it was the first netbook we'd tested with Windows 7 straight out of the box. With its 12.1in screen (native resolution of 1366x768) and Intel Core 2 Solo CPU, it's really much bigger than a conventional netbook and a good deal faster — so you can do a lot more with it than just browse the Web and create office documents. And it's much more comfortable to use! We gave it a Best Buys award, and with Winner Computers [[xref:http://www.winnercomputers.com.au/index.php?cPath=81|offering it for $859]], you can save $150 off the RRP.
