What you need to know about Samsung's 2014 TVs

Samsung Australia showcased its 2014 range of televisions at a launch event held at Sydney's Hordern Pavilion.
"The single greatest innovation this year is curved screen television,” said Samsung Australia vice president Phil Newton.
Leading Samsung's range is the HU9000 curved television. It has a curving LED panel that spans 78 inches diagonally.
The first Samsung television to support Ultra high definition.
The televisions have five panel home screens.
Finally, a remote control that fits comfortably in the hand.
Samsung's new wireless speaker, the M7, can pair with multiple M-series speakers to form a modular home audio system.
They can be inconspicuously mounted to corners and feature mobile-friendly technologies NFC and Bluetooth.
The glowing element in Samsung's 7.1 home theatre system is a hybrid vacuum tube amplifier.
Most of the products will go on sale in April, with the flagship 78-inch HU9000 television being released in June.
