New LaserJet, OfficeJet and Photosmart printers unveiled in Shanghai

  • A range of new business and consumer laser and inkjet printers have been unveiled at HP's Global Influencer Summit in Shanghai. The HP OfficeJet 150 Mobile All-In-One is a printer/scanner/copier that's battery powered, letting mobile users print pages at up to 22ppm black and 18ppm colour.   • The HP LaserJet Enterprise 500 MFP 525 Series is a mono laser multifunction with a 8in touchscreen. It can produce up to 42ppm at full speed with a monthly duty cycle of 75,000 pages.   • The LaserJet Enterprise 500 Colour MFP 575 Series is a beefed-up version of the previous 525 Series, with the same 75,000 page monthly duty cycle but the ability to produce 31 colour and 31 black pages per minute.   • The HP LaserJet Pro 400 M401 Series is less versatile than the 500, abandoning scan and copy features for all-out printing speed. It's got wireless networking for modern offices, and can produce 35ppm for black and white documents.   • For home audiences the HP Photosmart 5520 e-All-In-One is a budget multifunction inkjet printer. It can scan and copy and print at 11ppm black and 8ppm colour, over USB or Wi-Fi.   • The HP ScanJet Enterprise 7000 s2 is a sheet-feed scanner which can handle 45ppm and 90ipm at 600x600dpi with a rating of 3000 pages per month.
