  • Motorola includes a set of headphones, a USB cable, a AC adapter and a SIM eject tool in the box.

  • The SIM eject tool is just a piece of plastic that helps you push the micro-SIM in and out of the RAZR M. The packet details visual instructions.

  • There's plenty of documentation in the box, too.

  • Motorola says it pushed the screen as close as possible to the edge of the RAZR M in order to maximise the screen without compromising on physical size.

  • The rear of the RAZR M is coated in Kevlar fibre and has a splash-guard coating that makes it water-repellent.

  • Motorola says that the RAZR M's home screen delivers 95 per cent of the things people look for out of the box.

  • The company revamped the user interface of the RAZR M because it says users find Google's mobile operating system "fairly complex".

  • Among the new features are a quick settings menu and detailed instructions on how to use core functions, like adding home screen widgets.

  • The RAZR M comes with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich software, but Motorola has promised it will be updated to the latest 4.1 Jelly Bean version in "early 2013".

  • The RAZR M is powered by a 1.5GHz dual-core processor and has 1GB of RAM.

  • The RAZR M has an 8-megapixel camera with a single-LED flash.

  • The RAZR M has a gorilla glass screen.

  • The RAZR M has a microSD card slot for memory expansion. There's 8GB of memory built-in.

  • The headphone jack is located on the top.

  • The Motorola RAZR M will launch later this month for $600 outright, or $0 per month on Telstra's $60 Everyday Connect plan over 24 months.
