Zip doubles up

Feeling a little full? 100MB not quite cutting the mustard for your removable storage requirements?

After launching its Zip 100MB drive four years ago, Iomega has increased the drive's capacity with the launch of the new Zip 250MB drive.

Primarily aimed at the multimedia set, the new drive offers read and write compatibility with the current 100MB Zip disks. According to Iomega, the new drives will be available in April and are priced at $449, with Zip 250 disks costing $380 for a pack of ten.
