Billed as a "mobile office that can fit in your pocket", TeleAdapt is selling a package of products that act as a mobile comms solution.
The package brings together the Casio Cassiopeia E-10 palm-sized PC, which runs Microsoft Windows CE, and an infrared modem from Ericsson. The Ericcson D127 infrared modem weighs less than 20g (the Casio weighs 186g) and attaches to the end of the Ericsson 600 or 700 series phones. It is claimed as the smallest and lightest modem on the market. The modem communicates with the Casio via an infrared port.
The whole bundle costs $1075, and the products can be purchased separately: Cassiopeia E-10 RRP $699, D127 modem RRP $379. Call TeleAdapt on (02) 9433 8363.
