PaperClip for secure and organised document storage

For $49.95, Reckon Intuit's PaperClip enables documents to be scanned, stored and "clipped" to other documents on your computer.

PaperClip can handle any Windows document. Once scanned, the document is stored on a computer file, linked to a relevant entry and, when required, accessed with the "click of a mouse". Documents are "clipped to any related document, such as job costings to the relevant project, reports to an invoice, or Excel sales forecast to any keyword in a business plan.

The program is compliant with the Australian Tax Office ruling that allows electronic storage of business documentation.

PaperClip is designed to integrate with leading small business accounting and management software tools, such as Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office, Quicken, QuickBooks, QuickPayroll and MYOB.
