Remember all those Steve Jobs dolls that Apple got a bit hot under the collar about, understandably.
One has appeared in a mobile phone shop in New York.
Cult of Mac has a photo of a Tiny Steve Jobs found selling iPhones in NYC. The doll was found at a Cellular Express store.
Various manifestations of Steve Jobs have emerged including the one pictured here.
Back in January In Icons was claiming it would ship an 'incredibly realistic' poseable figure of the late Apple CEO, outfitted in his customary black turtleneck and blue jeans, and accessorised with circular rimless glasses, socks, a wedding ring and two apples - one with a bite. We weren't surprised when Apple threatened legal action to the Chinese manufacturer.
Apple also stopped sales of a Steve Jobs action figure by M.I.C Gadget, despite the toy makers attempt to shroud the Steve Jobs figurine in a ninja mask.
M.I.C Gadget received a legal letter from Apple stating: "Mr Jobs has not consented to the use of his name and/or image in the Product. Unauthorized use of a person's name and/or likeness constitutes a violation of California Civil Code Section 3344, which prohibits the use of any person's name, photograph or likeness in a product without that person's prior consent The figure and its stand are replications of Mr Jobs image and Apple's trademark. The thin attempt to "disguise" the figure in its current iteration does not impact the fact that you are plainly trading on Mr Jobs image"
