LG invited us to a first-hand experience at the Sydney launch of their new Signature range of TVs and appliances. Taking place at the NSW Museum of Contemporary Art, it was a colorful night designed to showcase both technology and design at its finest.
“To have collaborated with one of the world’s leading industrial designers on this range is a first for LG and one that has been brought about by customer insight and demand. This range redefines state-of-the-art-living as we know it and highlights the true extent of LG’s innovation and passion for consumer-centric insights that drive beautiful and highly functional design,” said Angus Jones, General Manager for Marketing, LG Australia.
The event saw LG officially expand Signature from just a sub-brand within its TV range to a more comprehensive and standalone grouping of devices aimed at the ultra-premium market. To celebrate the occasion, a gallery of both the products themselves and a number of series of striking artworks that played up the aesthetics of the range.
While the centerpiece of this was the company’s ultra-thin 65-inch W7 ‘Wallpaper’ OLED UHD TV, LG also showcased a number of other smart appliances.
