New Zealand-based indie developer Wildboy Studios have released a new trailer for their debut project, called ATONE.
Wildboy Studios' Sid Bardiya says that "Time does really fly when your having fun, its been almost 2 years now that we look back on our progress with ATONE."
"This project started out as a university assignment, but who knew we would actually turn our concept into a reality. Its been an amazing roller coster ride as we are finally ready to release our official trailer. We are excited to share what we have been building with the world and hope they enjoy it much as we do."
The game - due for release in 2019 on PC, Mac, Linux, PS4, and Xbox One - sees players inherit the journey of a young warrior named Estra, solving complex puzzles and surviving rhythm-game inspired battle sequences as she ventures to unveil the truth behind her father’s death.
Though still in development, the game has already won a 2017 New Zealand Best Award for Design.
