Amazon's Prime Day has arrived. Here's our round-up of the best Prime Day deals, including tech, games, TVs and more.

What's Prime Day? Prime Day is an annual sales event on where the best deals are only available to current and active subscribers of Amazon’s Prime membership service. Never heard of Prime before? Here’s everything you need to know to decide whether or not you should subscribe to Amazon Prime.

Prime Day also offers Amazon Australia users the chance to cash in on international Amazon Prime deals. Australian Amazon Prime members will enjoy international shipping with no minimum order threshold for all Prime eligible products for the duration of Prime Day.

Best Amazon Prime Day TV Deals

Amazon Australia isn't known for big TV deals yet but that narrative may be turning with the arrival of this year's Prime Day.

Kicking things off, you've got the 55-inch Sony  X70F Smart LED 4K Ultra HD TV. It's down $200 to AU$708. You can buy it now by clicking here.  If you feel like going cheaper, there's also a the 50-inch AIWA FHD TV - which is currently AU$349 after a checkout discount.

Our Pick? There's also the Soniq N55UX17C-AU 55-inch 4K Ultra HD TV, which is discounted by almost $249. It doesn't run on Android TV but it does have a built-in Chromecast and comes in at AU$349 - which is pretty competitive for a 4K TV. If you're willing to live without 4K, you can also nab yourself the Soniq F40FV17C-AU 40-inch FHD LED LCD TV for a leisurely $199.

Best Amazon Prime Day Gaming Deals

Amazon Australia continues to be a great place to save money on games this year, with deals across all the major platforms and publishers.

Lightning Deal - Those looking to bling up their existing Nintendo Switch need look no further than this officially licensed Woodgrain Tri-Force skin and screen protector set. While the deal lasts, you can buy it for just AU$12.

Update 16/7: Horizon Zero Dawn: Complete Edition on PS4 (AU$24), Hitman on Xbox One/PS4 (AU$42), Doom on Switch (AU$57) and Super Mario Maker on 3DS (AU$29) are now 20% off for Prime Members.

Right out the gate, Amazon are providing a flat 10% discount on Xbox One games. This discount is applied at checkout and it's limited to select titles including Grand Theft Auto 5 (AU$25), Rage 2 (AU$52), The Division 2 (AU$40) and Borderlands: The Handsome Collection (AU$30)

If you missed out on it at launch, you can now pick up Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 for a thrifty AU$19.98 on both Playstation 4 and Xbox One.

Amazon are also providing a flat 10% discount on PC games. This discount is applied at checkout and it's limited to select titles including The Division 2 (AU$45), Rage 2 (AU$45), The Sims 4 (AU$29) and Doom (AU$18).

Prime Day 2019 Gaming Lightning Deals: Get 'em while they last

We'll be adding new deals over the course of Prime Day and do our best to ensure that expired ones are marked as such.

Speaking of Sony's games console, now might be a great time to grab another Dualshock 4 controller. Amazon are running a 25% discount on the accessory, bringing it down to AU$45. There's a similar deal running on Nintendo's Pro controller ($79) for the Switch.

Our Pick? At the time of writing, you can also grab a 1TB Playstation 4 for AU$350 or an Xbox One X for AU$454(down from $748). Alternatively, you can also grab the Playstation 4 Pro Fortnite bundle for a tight AU$409 (EXPIRED). These will probably be the best game console deals that you're gonna get this Prime Day.

Stop me if this next bit sounds familiar but Amazon are providing a flat 10% discount on Nintendo games and accessories, plus another 25% off for limited Nintendo Switch titles including The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild (AU$51), Mario Kart 8 Deluxe (AU$45) and Pokemon: Let's Go, Pikachu (AU$46).

Amazon are also running a nifty and thrifty $10 discount on all preorders for the new Nintendo Switch Lite made during the Prime Day.

If you're looking for an excuse to get into VR, Oculus' standalone Go VR headset is $75 off, which brings it down to AU$239. Meanwhile, Playstation VR bundles are also being discounted. You can now grab the Playstation VR Headset, camera and VR Worlds bundle for as little as AU$220 or grab the PSVR megabundle for AU$280 (down from $469).

Though not an obvious 'gaming deal', Prime Members can score 25% off on an MSI gaming chair. This brings the price involved down by about $100 to AU$339.

Lightning Deal (Expired) - Google's Pixel smartphones don't have an equivalent to the Apple AirPods quite yet but Mobvoi's TicPods made a great alternative in the meantime. They're one of the best true wireless earbuds you can buy and currently on sale for AU$139.

Lightning Deal (Expired)- Mobvoi's range of TicWatch smartwatches are all on-sale. Given you usually have to import these through the grey market, it's a great opportunity to pair up your Pixel or Android smartphone with a wearable that's almost just as elegant. If you've been previously deterred when it comes to buying what many consider one of the best set of noise cans available, now might be the time to buy them by clicking here.

Deal of the Day (Expired) - If those Bose cans are a little too dear, be sure to check out Sennheiser's PXC550 Wireless headphones. They're almost just as good and on-sale for about AU$259. You do have to be a Prime Member though.

Lightning Deal (Expired) - Want to score yourself a mechanical gaming keyboard but don't want to spend hundreds on it? This E-Element Z meets that criteria. Synology are knocking 10% off the price of their DiskStation DS218+ (AU$404) and DS418Play (AU$576)

Finally, the ability to connect a frightening number of wireless speakers together and get yourself evicted by the local authorities during your next party is affordable to folk of all backgrounds - as long as they're a Prime Member that is. Part of that might be laziness and inexperience with the buying of endoscopes but all the same, AU$46 is probably the most as much as I'd be willing to pay for one. Again, I honestly have no idea.
