The pulse of your heart can be sent to another Apple Watch owner. The heart sensor is used to measure a heart beat, while the Watch's vibrating 'taptic' engine recreates the pulse on wrists. Sending this biological rhythm to a loved one says "I'm thinking of you" in terms more powerful than digital text and animations.
